This Privacy Policy explains how Lunchbox Brewing Company ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information you provide when participating in the Where's Walter? game at the Bellmore Street Festival.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

Your first and last name, email address and phone number, used for account access and prize notifications;
Your age confirmation (21+) and your acceptance of the contest rules;
Your Instagram handle and entry confirmations if you enter the selfie contest;
Your in-app activity, such as which clues you have viewed;
Standard authentication metadata (e.g. the time you signed up or signed in).

We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and we do not collect your location.

2. Photos and the Camera Filter

The Walter camera filter runs entirely on your phone. No camera frames and no photos are uploaded by this app. Anything you save stays in your own photo library until you choose to post it. If you post publicly and tag us, you allow Lunchbox Brewing Company to reshare your post with credit.

3. How We Use Your Information

To run the two games, release clues and record which Walters have been found;
To verify contest entries, notify you if you win and coordinate prize delivery;
To send you marketing communications from Lunchbox Brewing Company about events, releases and promotions (you may opt out at any time; see Section 7);
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the contest;
To understand, in aggregate, how participants engage with the event.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email, phone number or other personal data with any third parties, other than the email service provider used to deliver authentication and notification emails on our behalf.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on a secure managed backend with row-level access controls. Passwords are never visible to us in plain text.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and activity information for as long as we need it to operate the contest, fulfill prizes and keep records of the event. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@lunchboxbrewery.com from the address associated with your account.

7. Your Choices

You can stop participating at any time by no longer using the app.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing info@lunchboxbrewery.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

8. Age Restriction

This app is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
