Where's Walter? Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Where's Walter? contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Lunchbox Brewing Company, Bellmore, NY (the "Sponsor").

2. Contest Period

The Contest runs during the Bellmore Street Festival weekend, from the opening of the festival on Saturday through its close on Sunday (the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win. Individuals working on behalf of the Sponsor at the event are considered employees and are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, create a free account in this app during the Contest Period, verify you are 21+, and accept these rules. There are two ways to play:

Limit one (1) account per person and one (1) selfie entry per person. Multiple accounts, automated entries, or any attempt to manipulate the game will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes & Winner Determination

The Sponsor reserves the right to delay the announcement of winners in order to review activity for fraud, abuse or violation of these rules. Any participant found to have manipulated the game, used multiple accounts, or otherwise violated these rules will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to the next eligible participant.

6. Prize Fulfillment

Hunt prizes are awarded in person at the Lunchbox Brewing tent. Selfie contest winners are notified by Instagram direct message and using the contact information provided at signup. Prizes may be picked up in person at Lunchbox Brewing Company, or, at the winner's request, delivered digitally via email or text message. Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value; the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value.

7. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, fraud or other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security or fairness of the Contest. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

8. Play Safe

Please do not enter closed businesses, restricted areas or private property while hunting, and don't disturb other vendors' displays. Watch where you're walking, follow all festival and traffic rules, and please drink responsibly.

9. Photos and Privacy

The camera filter runs entirely on your phone and no photos are uploaded by this app. By posting publicly and tagging us, you allow Lunchbox Brewing Company to reshare your post with credit. Information collected from entrants is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
